Green Logistics describes all the efforts to measure and minimize the ecological impact of logistics activities. This includes all activities of product, information, and service flows between the point of origin and the point of consumption. The aim is to create sustainable value for the business by using a balance between economic efficiency and the environment. WAREHOUSE OPERATION
- Applying renewable energy (solar power) at Mekong Logistics cold storage warehouse and District 9 distribution center in HCMC
- Replacing diesel forklift operation with electric forklifts, increasing the percentage of electric vehicles to 95% to reduce emissions
- Applying operational improvements, maximizing the WMS and TMS management system to establish a Paperless model (paperless operation), helping to significantly reduce waste in the environment

TRANSPORT OPERATION 
- Investing in additional new trucks with advanced Hybird technology that can save fuel and reduce CO2 emissions from 1.5 to 2 times compared to conventional trucks
- Optimizing transportation needs through a rich customer network, "consolidating" goods through the TMS system, increasing the full-fill rate for trips and minimizing empty trips, thereby reducing CO2 emissions
- At the same time, CJ Gemadept Logistics also focuses on reusing and recycling materials and equipment used in operations, while encouraging employees to use environmentally friendly products in their daily work.
