Infrastructure
Song Than Mega DC is built on an area of 6.5 hectares.Located in a strategic location and strongly convenient to connect to the southern road traffic system, easy to carry out specific multimodal transport such as far from Cat Lai port 22 kms,Tan Son Nhat airport 15 kms and from the center of Ho Chi Minh City 17 kms. The entire warehouse system is equipped with automatic fire protection system, meeting operating standards, 24/24 security camera system, security system. modern IT system, meeting the most demanding needs of customers.
Interior space includes 3 main DCs as follows:
+ DC1: Area 8,800 m2, with a capacity of more than 10,000 pallets, currently providing 100% services for bonded customers.
+ DC2: Area of 24,000 m2 with a capacity of 29,000 pallets with a modernly invested 7-storey selective and double deep racking system. DC is using 80% of the area to serve bonded customers, the remaining 20% is serving the X-Docking model of retail customers.
+ DC3: Area of 11,000 m2 with super flat floor technology. The 8-storey VNA racking system (super narrow path only 2.2 m) helps increase DC's capacity to 18,000 pallets. DC is providing services to FMCG and electronics customers.
